Well, after some research… ReShade is closed source, and currently does not support Linux or Mac. Good(ish) news is that they “plan” cross-platform support.
As a rule of thumb, when the updates slow down, it actually means that something AWESOME is in the works for the next update. Rest assured, it’ll be worth the wait. :3

Good find! Unfortunately the latest version of GZDoom doesn’t support this anymore. An alternative is to use ReShade which is a lot more customizable.
